Ascend Authority is intended for individuals who are committed to investing time, effort, and personal responsibility into their development, rather than individuals who only wish to casually try the program.
We do not guarantee any specific financial result, business outcome, follower growth, revenue increase, or personal result. Your results depend on your own effort, execution, market conditions, skills, consistency, and other factors outside of our control.
Your Membership
Your membership may include access to private community spaces, educational materials, mentorship resources, live or recorded training, business-building guidance, and networking opportunities.
By purchasing an Ascend Authority membership, you agree to a recurring subscription charge based on the membership tier you select:
- Standard Membership: $30 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.
- VIP Membership: $100 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.
Your selected membership will be charged at checkout and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You will receive an electronic receipt after each successful transaction.
Personal Information
We may collect personal information that you provide, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, billing details, and account information required to provide services to you.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties. Reasonable practices are used to help protect the confidential storage and handling of personal information.

We do not directly store or access your complete credit or debit card information. Payment information is processed by third-party payment gateway providers.
Method of Payment, Card Types, and Currency
We accept online payments using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, in USD or any other agreed currency displayed at checkout.
Delivery and Access Policy
Ascend Authority provides digital services, educational resources, and online community access. Access instructions are generally delivered electronically after successful payment.
Ascend Authority will not knowingly provide services or products to individuals or entities located in countries or regions restricted by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, or any other applicable United States sanctions laws.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, educational materials, community access, and mentorship resources, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
We invest significant time and resources into creating, maintaining, and delivering the Ascend Authority experience. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund simply because you did not use the service, changed your mind, failed to cancel before renewal, or did not achieve your desired result.
Exceptional Circumstances

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Ascend Authority membership at any time through your account portal, billing portal, or by contacting support at [email protected].
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, remove a member, or terminate an account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or conduct that harms the community.
Intellectual Property
All Ascend Authority content, including videos, frameworks, lessons, documents, community posts, graphics, training materials, branding, and other resources are protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, share, distribute, resell, publish, or exploit any part of Ascend Authority content or services without express written permission from us.
Community Code of Conduct
All members are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. We do not tolerate harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, scams, abusive behavior, NSFW content, objectionable content, or conduct that disrupts the community.
Any member who violates community standards may receive a warning, suspension, or removal from Ascend Authority without refund. Any reported content will be reviewed within a reasonable time, generally within 24 hours when possible.
